১. শর্তাবলীর গ্রহণযোগ্যতা

আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার, অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি, অর্ডার প্রদান অথবা পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই Terms & Conditions এবং ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশিত অন্যান্য সকল নীতিমালা মেনে নিতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

যদি আপনি এই শর্তাবলীর কোনো অংশের সাথে একমত না হন, তাহলে আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার না করার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

২. আমাদের সেবার প্রকৃতি

iTech Digital BD একটি ডিজিটাল পণ্য ও সেবা প্রদানকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান। আমরা বিভিন্ন ডিজিটাল সাবস্ক্রিপশন, সফটওয়্যার, লাইসেন্স, অনলাইন সেবা এবং প্রযুক্তি-ভিত্তিক সমাধান সরবরাহ করে থাকি।

আমরা অধিকাংশ ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্যের মালিক, নির্মাতা বা অফিসিয়াল প্রকাশক নই। বিভিন্ন বৈধ উৎস, পার্টনার অথবা ডিস্ট্রিবিউটরের মাধ্যমে সেবা প্রদান করা হয়।

৩. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

অর্ডার করার পূর্বে পণ্যের বিবরণ, মেয়াদ, ওয়ারেন্টি, সাপোর্ট এবং অন্যান্য তথ্য যাচাই করা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।

সকল অর্ডার পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর Processing শুরু হয়।

প্রতারণামূলক, সন্দেহজনক অথবা অননুমোদিত লেনদেন শনাক্ত হলে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।

৪. ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা

আমাদের অধিকাংশ পণ্য ডিজিটাল হওয়ায় ইমেইল, WhatsApp, Messenger অথবা অন্যান্য অনলাইন মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হয়।

ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত বিস্তারিত নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী আমাদের Delivery Policy অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।

৫. ওয়ারেন্টি ও সাপোর্ট

প্রতিটি পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি, গ্যারান্টি এবং সাপোর্ট শর্ত ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

যে পণ্যের সাথে ওয়ারেন্টি বা সাপোর্ট প্রদান করা হবে তা সংশ্লিষ্ট Product Page-এ উল্লেখ থাকবে।

রিফান্ড, রিপ্লেসমেন্ট, রিটার্ন এবং অর্ডার বাতিল সংক্রান্ত সকল বিষয় আমাদের Refund Policy, Replacement Policy এবং Cancellation Policy অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।

প্রতিটি ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট নীতিমালার সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে।

৭. গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব

গ্রাহককে প্রদত্ত নির্দেশনা, ব্যবহারবিধি এবং নিয়মাবলী অনুসরণ করতে হবে।

অবৈধ, ক্ষতিকর, প্রতারণামূলক অথবা অনৈতিক উদ্দেশ্যে কোনো সেবা ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

৮. তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা

কিছু সেবা তৃতীয় পক্ষের প্ল্যাটফর্ম বা সরবরাহকারীর উপর নির্ভরশীল।

তাদের নীতিমালা, মূল্য, ফিচার বা সুবিধার পরিবর্তনের উপর আমাদের কোনো নিয়ন্ত্রণ নেই।
